Menopause Clinic

A particular interest is supporting women’s wellbeing pre, post and during the menopause, which has developed into running dedicated 'Menopause Matters' clinics.

Women can look forward to receiving unbiased, evidence-based advice and help with their perimenopause and menopause, through one-to-one consultations, collaborative approaches with other professional practitioners within the Wellness House, and group workshops.

This clinic aims to give advice and treatment to women of all ages who are suffering from both short term and longer-term menopausal problems such as hot flushes, sweats, lack of libido, painful intercourse, and lack of sleep, while also aiming to improve the overall quality of life for women suffering with distressing psychological symptoms related to the menopause for example mood swings, poor memory, loss of self-esteem, and feelings of anxiety.
