Lisa is a highly experienced, existential, integrative and psychodynamic NHS and private psychotherapist and counsellor accredited by the BACP and UPCA. She is also a doctoral researcher and lecturer.
Lisa understands that life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but she’s here to guide you through those obstacles. Her goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply through your therapeutic journey, and get you back on track.
Placing emphasis on the human condition as a whole, Lisa uses a positive approach that applauds human capacities and aspirations while simultaneously acknowledging an individual’s limitations. She encourages people to address the emotional issues they face through full engagement and responsibility. She guides the person to accept their fears and give them the skills necessary to overcome them through action. This creates a sense of liberation and a feeling of letting go of the despair associated with insignificance and meaningless. This creates a feeling of growth and promotes the embracing of life and to exist with wonder and curiosity.
Lisa has been honoured to be endorsed by Her Grace, The Duchess of Rutland and voted one of the leading inspirational thought leaders and change makers in the UK by Source.
