Welcome to Moon Child - our very own in-house Prenatal Program of Classes, which incorporate traditional asanas, deep relaxation and breathing and birthing techniques. These classes are safe and suitable for all pregnant women from 14 -38 weeks, whether you are new to yoga or have years of practice behind you.  These classes are much more than just a yoga class, but also offer deep relaxation and breathing preparation for birth, not to mention the chance to connect with other mums.

Our Moon Child Prenatal Program runs in blocks of 5 weeks.
