Emily trained in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga and Pranayama back in 2019, and over the course of the last few years has created a dedicated following for her wonderfully calming and restoring Hatha and Breathwork Classes.
Hatha yoga is the oldest, classical, and most authentic yoga. This form of yoga is very beneficial for developing flexibility of the body and peace in mind, and to support healthy aging by lowering blood pressure.
Hatha yoga is based on prana flow in nadies and chakras and suggests that if energy flow is equal in both sides of the body, we will have a balanced body and mind.
Emily's classes follow the traditional Hatha style of yoga combining static poses (asana), breathing (pranayama) and meditation for maximum benefit to body and mind.
Emily's classes are priced to allow Yoga to be accessible to all, and are available in studio and online.
