Will Goodbourn 

Will Goodbourn is a Soft Tissue Therapist and Personal Trainer with a specialism in Biomechanics.

 

His services include Sports Massage Therapy, Gait Analysis, Postural Assessment, Visceral Manipulation, Custom Orthotics, and Personal Training.

With a Masters Degree and years of experience providing treatments to both athletes and non-athletes, Will can provide you with a bespoke treatment plan; whether you're looking to prevent or cure injury, or improve sporting performance, Soft Tissue Therapy can be beneficial to everyone, of any age, fitness and lifestyle.

Will is in house on a full-time basis Monday to Saturday and is also available in a mobile capacity for those who cannot attend clinic.

Carly Steel is a Pre and Postnatal Exercise specialist, as well as an Autism specialist.

 

Carly currently offers Prenatal Yoga and Candlelight Yoga in house on Tuesday evenings but also offers Chair Yoga and Candlelight Yoga at another venue on Wednesdays. 

Carly's classes are relaxing and take into account each persons needs and abilities. She creates a calming, comfortable environment and aims to help you build strength and flexibility with gentil controlled movement.

Jon Berry Therapy

Jon Berry is a person-centred counsellor and therapist.

 

His services include counselling and therapeutics to help deal with negative life experiences, traumas and a wide range of mental health issues.

 

Jon's approach is non-directive; the sessions will be your own to go in the direction that you choose to, as you have the ability to make the right choices for yourself, you are the expert in your own life.

Jon offers a non-judgmental, empathetic environment as he works to gain a deeper understanding of you and your situation while facilitating and empowering you to make sense of the world you find yourself in.

 

​Jon has an MA (Hons) in Person-Centred Experiential Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice and is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Nikki Leeson 
Therapeutic Wellbeing

Nikki Leeson is a person-centred therapeutic counsellor.

 

Nikki supports people to acknowledge and heal any dis-ease that they are feeling within a safe, non-judgemental and empathetic environment, to confidentially share and explore the challenges they may be experiencing, allowing them to grow and move forward in a positive way

 

Nikki specialises in supporting people with grief, loss and bereavement, but also works with young people (11 years+) and adults experiencing a range of difficulties including trauma, abuse, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, low self-esteem and stress.

Nikki holds a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, University Diploma in Counselling Studies and Skills, and an MSc Distinction in Applied Child Psychology. She is a fully registered member of BACP and DBS certified.

Nikki is in-house on Mondays.

Butterfly Room Therapy

Jo Walton is an integrative children and young people’s counsellor offering one to one counselling for children and young people aged 5-24 years of age.

 

Jo delivers one to one, face to face, online or telephone counselling to young people experiencing a range of mental health difficulties or traumas.

 

Jo uses a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as Systemic, Creative, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Play Therapy and Drawing & Talking Therapy, in order to bring about positive change in children and young people.

She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Children and Young People Counselling and an MSc in Counselling Children and Young People and is registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Jo holds an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate, which is available upon request.

Marie Floyd Counselling

Marie is an Intergrative counsellor and she qualified in 2010, spending an extensive amount of time working for Mind as a counsellor, counselling coordinator and mental health group facilitator, as well as, working as a counsellor for Turning point and at a homeless GP surgery.

She works with adults offering face to face, walk and talk therapy in Melton Mowbray, and also offers online and Telephone sessions covering UK. 

 

Marie offers support for a large range of things including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life changes or simply feeling stuck and uncertain, but using integrative counselling, she offers a flexible and tailored approach to meet your needs.

 

Together, you will work to uncover underlying patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and foster personal growth. And by gaining an understanding of your unique story, she aims to help you develop greater self-awareness, discover your strengths.

Aelish Anderson Acupuncture

Aelish is a fully qualified classical acupuncturist and a full member of the British Acupuncture Council. She has been awarded a professional licentiate from The Acupuncture Academy (TAA) and has been highly commended for her clinical skills. 

 

Aelish has trained in all aspects of Chinese medicine and acupuncture theory including Traditional Chinese Medicine with a particular focus on Five Element acupuncture.

 

Aelish’s approach is holistic. This aims to identify and correct imbalances and disharmonies in the physical, mental and emotional areas of a person’s health.

 

During her time in general practice, Aelish has gained experience treating both adults and teenagers with various presenting issues who have struggled to find relief in response to more conventional medical approaches. These issues include pain conditions, headaches, autoimmune disorders, neurological disorders, allergies, anxiety, hormone imbalances and fertility issues. 

 

Aelish is passionate about making people feel their very best and also understands the importance of creating a healing space where the patient feels heard, understood and cared for.

Pips Warren-Price is a person-centred EFT practitioner, committed to supporting individuals on their journey towards emotional well-being and personal empowerment. Dr Heli Goode

Dr Heli Goode (MD, mANP, mGNC) is a medical practitioner offering natural medicine treatments.

 

She started her complementary practice in England nearly 20 years ago after realising that dishing out pharmaceuticals was only treating the symptoms, not the root cause of many chronic conditions.

Her consultations consider the whole person, health history, stress levels, diet, and lifestyle habits as well as the symptoms and pain being suffered.

 

Her consultations are a great option for people who have not found relief for chronic, long-term illnesses through traditional medicine as well as those suffering from allergies, headaches, fertility issues, digestive problems, obesity, hormonal imbalances, chronic pain, and chronic fatigue syndrome.​

Dr Heli Goode is currently taking on clients for naturopathic medicine for chronic illness, food intolerance testing, weight loss, clinical hypnotherapy as well as clinical and cosmetic acupuncture.
