Clinical Reflexology

Tracey Galt is a Level 5 practitioner in Reflexology, and she is a full member of the Association of Reflexologists.

Tracey’s background in pharmacy over the last 22 years within the NHS has allowed her to appreciate the importance of conventional medicine. However, her personal journey towards holistic wellness led her to discover the profound impact of reflexology. She then pursued and obtained a level 5 diploma in Clinical Reflexology, allowing her to guide others towards achieving similar results to their overall wellbeing.

Reflexology is a complementary health therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing; reducing stress in people can be key in optimising good health and building resilience. It is a touch therapy that is based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands and ears correspond with different areas of the body.

Personalised Treatment

  • Each session begins by understanding your goals. This ensures a tailored treatment that directly addresses your needs

  • The sessions begin with a few calming sequences to prepare your feet for reflexology

  • All reflexes on the feet will be covered, enabling a focus on any areas of imbalance and those that correspond with your needs

  • The treatment concludes with a wonderfully soothing foot and lower leg massage

It's not only a wonderfully relaxing treatment, but potential benefits also include:

  • Improved Sleep Quality

  • Reduced Stress and Anxiety

Helen Cockle
Full Circle Health

My journey into health and well-being began over 30 years ago at The Dorking International College of Natural Therapy. The college's high standards inspired me to always pursue the best in education.

My first seven years in practice were spent working as a therapist with terminally ill patients. I learned the values of an integrated approach to medicine. I also saw a real need for improved solutions, outcomes, and quality of life for patients and those suffering from illnesses.

My interest in integrated practices led me to Thailand to study Thai Massage, where I witnessed a culture that embraced the integration of orthodox and complementary practices. Throughout this journey, I have practiced both Yoga and Qi Gong, transitioning from student to teacher in both disciplines, and I continue to learn every day.

My acupuncture training started over 20 years ago at The Yuan Traditional Medicine Clinic London.

I later earned a full diploma in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from The University of Beijing and Acu-Medic London.

Before Covid I worked at a dynamic community acupuncture clinic in Leicester, where my colleague and I delivered community acupuncture county-wide from a multi-bed setup. It was a pleasure to be part of this successful venture, and we developed close working relationships with GPs and other health professionals as the clinic became known for effective, professional, results-driven acupuncture treatment.

After several years at the clinic with my mentor, Ariane Thomson, I moved to Ibiza, an island I've been deeply connected to for many years. There, I ran a thriving private acupuncture practice and taught wellness classes in Yoga and Qi Gong across the island. Living rurally allowed me to actually finish a book and enjoy living in harmony with nature.

Back in the UK I have continued to give treatments in clinics across Leicester Melton and West Bridgford. I am delighted to have joined the family at Melton Wellness House delivering a range of acupuncture, massage and wellness sessions to the residents of Melton and beyond.
